Lightly steam the broccoli and remove from heat when bright green.Then boil onions in water until just soft.Blend cooked broccoli, onions and all the other ingredients in a blender or food processor.Add 1/2 cup water and blend some more.Add more water to reach your desired consistencyAdd any additional salt to taste.Garnish with cooked onion or broccoli if you like.Enjoy hot or cold!Tried this recipe?Let us know how it was!
