I’m a husband, father, and a lover of everything natural! With over 15 years of experience in the areas of Holistic Nutrition, Functional Nutrition, Health, Neuroscience and Weight Loss Coaching. I help professional women and busy moms get healthy, lose 25-100 lbs without dieting and rewire their brains for lasting success.

My passion for health started after losing both of my parents to illness by the time I was 21. My father passed away from a stroke when I was 14, and a few years later, I lost my mother to type 2 diabetes and colon cancer.

These devastating losses fueled my dedication to studying health and starting my coaching business, which has now completed over 50,000 client sessions.
