What were your biggest challenges? What did you do to overcome them and stay on track? The very first workout I could hardly walk afterward. We were given the “clean eating” food groups…and that’s where Challenge #1 came in. How in the world was I going to change my eating so drastically, and was my husband going to like it?
So, I began researching “clean eating” like crazy. I joined many sites and started searching for different recipes. I was trying them out and found that I really was cooking a lot more, and liked it! My husband on the other hand turned up his nose a few times, but now, he’s accustomed to the “clean meals”.
Fast forward to the end of the 12 weeks. I feel great, and have a huge amount of energy that I didn’t have before. I am addicted to the new way of eating…and am always in search of a new clean recipe to make or share. I lost 23 pounds, and 6 inches off of my waist.
