What were your biggest challenges? What did you do to overcome them and stay on track? The very first workout I could hardly walk afterward. Fast forward to the end of the 12 weeks.  I feel great, and have a huge amount of energy that I didn’t have before.  I am addicted to the new way of eating…and am always in search of a new clean recipe to make or share.  I lost 23 pounds, and 6 inches off of my waist.
