Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup espresso
  • 1 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey or two tsp of maca root powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • handful of ice

Optional

  • vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Serve cold in a glass.
