It took a lot of determination to stick to my goals throughout the challenge, especially at Christmas. The most important thing for me was to be prepared. I knew there would be lots of tempting treats at holiday parties I attended, therefore I would eat before I went and bring a veggie tray so I could snack smartly!
I ate smart and made sure I made it to the gym no matter how busy I was and lost those extra pounds! In total, I lost 17lbs, 6% body fat, and 12 inches.
