Woohoo! We did it, Sheila Brittle!! Honestly, I started all of this because I was having WAY too many sugar cravings, feeling like I need to be constantly eating to keep my energy up, drinking coffee and all the rest.

I had hoped starting something like this way of eating was going to help me but I never imagined that I would feel this great at the end of the 4 weeks. I was telling Chris today that for the first time in my adult life, I don’t feel like I need a coffee to start the day and mine starts EARLY – 5 am with a toddler and baby!

In total, I’m down 6 lbs (I went up and down a little throughout the month) and my arms, stomach and hips are noticeable trimmer! I’m super happy with the major boost in energy and the fat loss. Thank you so much Chris and Donna for the amazing plan and support. This has made a huge difference for me and I’m pumped to have discovered a great way to eat that works for my body. You guys rock!
