I felt uncomfortable with who I was. I held a lot of weight on my shoulders and didn’t let my feelings out. I didn’t take time for myself, I felt gross and unattractive. I also didn’t have a lot of energy and was lazy. I knew what I wanted but didn’t take the time to do the work.
Today, I am exercising regularly, eating a lot better, having more confidence in myself, I have a lot more energy and I’m a much happier person all the way around! When I feel something I express it a lot better than I used to and do not take the BS any longer.
