Healthy Fruit Parfait

A fruit parfait is a delectable and visually appealing dessert that combines layers of creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and granola for a delightful taste and texture experience. Typically served in a tall glass or bowl, this dessert begins with a base layer of thick and creamy yogurt, which can be plain or flavored, like vanilla or strawberry. On top of the yogurt, a colorful array of fresh, ripe fruits is arranged, such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi slices, and diced peaches. The vibrant fruit not only adds a burst of natural sweetness but also offers a refreshing contrast to the creamy yogurt. To add a delightful crunch and a touch of nutty flavor, a layer of granola is sprinkled over the fruit. This final layer not only contributes to the parfait's texture but also provides a satisfying element of wholesomeness to this treat. The result is a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that make fruit parfaits an ideal choice for a healthy breakfast, a satisfying snack, or a guilt-free dessert.
