Satisfy your cravings for a delicious and speedy meal with our Healthy Beef Chow Mein. This dish is a delightful fusion of tender beef, fresh vegetables, and savory noodles that come together in a flash to create an unforgettable culinary experience. To start, we use 5.5 ounces of egg noodles as the base, which provide a perfect balance of softness and chewiness. The star of the show is 7 ounces of succulent beef tenderloin, thinly sliced for quick and even cooking. In a hot wok or pan, we infuse the dish with aromatic flavors, beginning with a tablespoon of sesame oil and a clove of minced garlic. Then, we add in a medley of vegetables, including sliced leeks, red bell pepper, and mushrooms, along with a pinch of ground white pepper for a subtle kick and just a hint of stevia for a touch of sweetness. To bring it all together, we create a savory sauce using 3 tablespoons of liquid aminos (or coconut aminos) mixed with 2 tablespoons of water, ensuring every component is perfectly coated. Finally, a sprinkle of chopped spring onions adds a burst of freshness and color to this Quick Beef Chow Mein, making it an irresistible dish that's ready in no time.
