Antioxidant Blueberry Protein Smoothie

The star ingredient here is half a cup of frozen blueberries, a nutritional powerhouse that infuses the smoothie with a vivid hue and a generous dose of antioxidants. To complement the fruity sweetness, we introduce a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, adding a warm and comforting note that enhances the overall flavor profile. Finally, a teaspoon of chia seeds provides not only a pleasing crunch but also a boost of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Blended to perfection, our Antioxidant Blueberry Protein Smoothie is a delicious way to kickstart your day, refuel after a workout, or simply enjoy a guilt-free and nutritious treat. 1. Sorry never saw your comment, you could use coconut milk instead of almond milk and swap the chia seeds for a banana.
