In addition to the chicken, this salad incorporates the classic components of a Waldorf salad, including three chopped celery stalks for a satisfying crunch, a sweet and tangy apple that has been meticulously peeled, deseeded, and diced, a quarter-cup of plump raisins for a burst of natural sweetness, and finely chopped walnuts that introduce a delightful nutty contrast. The dressing not only infuses a zesty, tangy flavor but also harmonizes the diverse flavors present in the salad. Finally, a bed of mixed salad leaves serves as the perfect backdrop, offering freshness and crispness to elevate every bite of this Waldorf Chicken Salad. Whether enjoyed as a light lunch or a refreshing dinner, this salad is a symphony of textures and flavors that promises to delight your taste buds and leave you yearning for more.
