This recipe is not for those who need to avoid dairy however you can try substituting it with your favorite nut milk like almond milk or coconut milk. This recipe uses blueberries which have great antioxidant benefits, and many vitamins are a good source of fiber, helps to lower cholesterol, and more. In addition, this recipe uses maca root powder and cinnamon, which most people already know. Maca powder has many wonderful health benefits for you like: increasing endurance and improving libido, it also has great vitamins like zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron, and more. Cinnamon also has a plethora of health benefits like stabilizing blood sugar and decreasing your risk of heart disease. It also makes our shake taste great too! Use Ceylon cinnamon preferably as experts agree it is healthier, if you cannot find Ceylon cinnamon then Cassia will do! What you need to make it is below!
