Raspberry & Flaxseeds Smoothie Bowl
If you haven't tried a smoothie bowl before you're in for a treat! This recipe is really easy to make, tastes delicious, and has the added benefit of beet juice and flaxseeds which are both good for your heart health. In addition, it's topped off with superfoods like cacao nibs which are extremely high in antioxidants as well as Magnesium, Iron, Chromium, Manganese, and Zinc. What you need to make it is below!

- 3 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
- 3 tbsp heaped, beetroot juice
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt (or plant-based)
- 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
Boil the water in the kettle.
Place the flaxseeds in a small pot and add in the water, cook for around 5 minutes, until the water turns sticky. Then take off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Place the raspberries and beetroot juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, add in the flaxseeds and blend again.
Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top it with the yogurt, cocoa nibs and additional flaxseeds and/or raspberries. Serve straight away.
