Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz of diced mango
  • 5 oz of diced pineapple
  • 4 oz of diced red pepper
  • 3 oz of diced red onion
  • 2 oz of diced scallion
  • 1 oz of chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp of lemon or lime juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl toss all the ingredients together and place in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
