Healthy Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe

- 1 cup avocado oil
- 4 whole egg yolk (fresh organic)
- 4 tsp mustard
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar (use organic with mother)
- 4 pinch pink Himalayan salt
- 4 pinch black pepper
Choose a mug, or wide jar that can comfortably accommodate a blender.
Carefully add the egg yolk to the container, followed by the vinegar, mustard, and salt. Avoid blending at this stage.
Slowly pour the avocado oil over the ingredients without blending.
Gradually lower the hand blender all the way to the container's bottom, ensuring it makes contact. Start blending at medium-high power without moving the blender for about 20-25 seconds. The mayo will begin to change color.
Raise the blender slightly, keeping it submerged. Then, lower it back to the bottom and repeat this up-and-down motion until the mayo is consistently formed.
