Plus, bacon from pastured pigs makes vegetables taste better. If you’re a vegetarian and you are still reading this you can substitute the bacon for nuts or seeds. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 Stalks of chopped celery
  • 4 strips of crispy cooked and diced bacon (hormone-free, pastured)
  • 3 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Combine all chopped ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and mix all ingredients together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
