Carrot Raisin Slaw Recipe

Made this for Easter, was a big hit! Probably one of my favorite salads, kinda got a thing for carrots. It’s called carrot raisin slaw and only requires 3 ingredients: grated carrots, organic raisins, and vegenaise, which is a healthy mayonnaise made with non-GMO oils, I like it for times like these. I also like homemade mayo made with organic eggs. Anyhow give it a shot and tell me how you do! It’s almost impossible to screw it up and who knows, this could be your next favorite salad too! Ingredients
  

  • 3 large organic carrots grated
  • 1/2 cup raisins (or as much as you want)
  • 2-3 tbsp vegenaise or organic mayo

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, chill in the fridge, serve. Enjoy!
