Hey, I'm Coach Chris

By 21, I had already lost both parents to chronic disease. My dad to a stroke by the age of 14, and my mom to diabetes and colon cancer. That pain pushed me into the health world—I eventually opened a fitness studio, studied nutrition, functional medicine, and neuroscience. I also struggled myself, hitting 215 lbs at my heaviest.
